Accounting & Financials
Our staff of highly skilled and experienced bookkeepers will provide accurate and timely financial reports which can be tailored to suit the individual needs of your investment or association. In addition to assisting in preparing and managing any budgets, we’ll take care of all invoicing, banking, and collections. We’ll create monthly financial reports and work with an independent Certified Public Accountant for your annual compilation, review or audit.
There’s no job too big or too small. Tribe will identify periodic services, preventative maintenance, and significant maintenance needs of the property. Tribe works closely with trusted professional vendors to handle complete renovations, as well as any needed repair and or maintenance at the lowest possible cost to you. Tribe also works with a large network of contractors to make sure all work orders are recorded and completed in a professional and timely manner.
Whether you need a complete remodel, from floor to roof or you have just a small repair list, Tribe allows you to keep your life simple while still staying abreast of everything that happens. We keep tabs on progress, help convey your needs and expectations to any contractors involved in the project, and keep you informed on how things are going, no matter where you are located. We are the one point of contact and your eyes on the project, from start to finish.
Condo & HOA Management
Tribe Management meets with unit owners to gain knowledge about the operation of the association. Constant supervision of all related bank accounts will make certain that owners are not burdened by any unforeseen financial obligations. Monitoring expenses and controlling costs are the key to building profitability, so our quarterly and yearly reports keep owners informed at all times. All HOA members will have instant access to payment tracking, financial reporting, maintenance requests, and resident information through our online software.
Tribe Management helps ensure our satisfied owners by securing a steady flow of income to support any operating expenses. The tenants would become our responsibility in order to lighten your involvement and eliminate potential problems you may be facing. We meet with your tenants and negotiate leasing agreements on your behalf, being skilled in the art of negotiation, we work hard to secure the maximum rent while remaining committed to obtaining the highest quality tenants for your property. A vital part of our service is arranging for all repairs and maintenance to the property and dealing with any tenant issues that may arise, on a day-to-day basis.
